About this kit
It includes an anti-stick lock-up spring so lock-up does not stay on while coasting to a stop. It also restores passing gear over 45 MPH, a long-standing problem with this transmission.
Problems it addresses: 2nd gear starts, harsh reverse engagement, downshift bump, weak 2-3 shifts, slow reverse engagements and no passing gear above 45 MPH.
