About this kit

The metal accumulator rings replace the Teflon rings used in some model years, which did not perform well. The stock intermediate snap ring can blow past the case lugs and break them. The thicker Superior snap ring lets you reuse cases with 2 to 3 broken lugs.

Corrects or prevents: soft late shifts, soft 2-3 shifts, harsh reverse engagement, clutch chatter and bind-up in manual low when hot.
