Pick the overhaul kit that matches your case, then add only the parts you need.
Build your own NP208 rebuild kit: choose the parts that match the transmission on your bench and leave out what you don't need. This builder has 8 option groups and 18 choices, all optional, so the kit holds only what you pick.

What you can choose
- Choose Your Overhaul Kit: BK208 Bearing, seal & gasket rebuild kit with small parts (recommended for a full rebuild); TSK208 Seal & gasket kit only (reseal / chain swap jobs)
- Add Drive chain: HV-025 BorgWarner drive chain, 1.25" x 36 links, round-pin (GM/Dodge/Jeep NP208) - replace if stretched or case is rubbed
- Add Mode synchro: 331843A-2K Mode synchro key & spring kit; 331710 Mode synchro spring (single)
- Add Shift fork & pads: 331840K Fork insert (pad) kit - only needed with the seal & gasket kit; BK208 already includes fork inserts; 331849B Range shift fork - Chevy/GMC & Dodge 1981-88 ONLY (4167966R; uses inserts). NOT for Jeep (Jeep uses the Ford/Jeep fork).; 331849-1 Range fork insert, long

- Add Input shaft: 331670B Input shaft, 32-spline - GM with TH400 automatic ONLY (count your splines)
- Add Extra bearings & small parts: 331001 Small parts kit (needle rollers, thrust washers, races) - only needed with the seal & gasket kit; BK208 already includes the SP208 small parts; 331287A Input thrust bearing; 331268 Output / transfer shaft ball bearing 72 x 35 x 17 mm (Nachi)
- Add Seals & gaskets: 305071 Front output shaft seal; 331304A Transmission adapter-to-transfer-case gasket, round 6-hole; 331304B Transmission adapter-to-transfer-case gasket (alternate style - match your old gasket)
