Build your own rebuild kit for the NP208 transfer case. Ford F-150 / Bronco 1980-86 (and light F-250) with NP208 part-time chain case (heavier Ford 4x4s used NP205 or BW1345/1356 - check the tag). Pick the overhaul kit that matches your case, then add only the parts you need.
Build your own NP208 rebuild kit: choose the parts that match the transmission on your bench and leave out what you don't need. This builder has 7 option groups and 14 choices, all optional, so the kit holds only what you pick.

What you can choose
- Choose Your Overhaul Kit: BK208 Bearing, seal & gasket rebuild kit with small parts (recommended for a full rebuild); TSK208 Seal & gasket kit only (reseal / chain swap jobs)
- Add Drive chain: HV-012 BorgWarner drive chain, 1.25" x 42 links, round-pin (Ford NP208; also BW1345/1356)
- Add Mode synchro: 331843A-2K Mode synchro key & spring kit; 331710 Mode synchro spring (single)
- Add Shift fork pads: 331840K Fork insert (pad) kit - 1980-81 Ford forks only (1983-86 non-updated Ford forks have NO inserts); BK208 already includes fork inserts
- Add Planetary / low range: 331588 Input planetary assembly; 331215A Planet thrust washer, narrow (NP208/229); 331215B Planet thrust washer, wide (NP208/229)
- Add Extra bearings & small parts: 331001 Small parts kit (needle rollers, thrust washers, races) - only needed with the seal & gasket kit; BK208 already includes the SP208 small parts; 331287A Input thrust bearing; 331268 Output / transfer shaft ball bearing 72 x 35 x 17 mm (Nachi)
