Fits: Allison 1000 / 2000 / 2400 · C1 clutch · 1999-2005 and 2006-UP
Allison C1 clutch PowerPack® with G4 friction material, Alto part number 152755DG4. It fits the 5-speed Allison 1999-2005 and the 5-speed Allison 2001 to 2004 1/2 with the small Torrington bearing shaft, and it includes apply plates for 1999-2005 and 2006-UP units.

Installation
Install the apply plate against the apply piston: 152766 (.103”) for 1999-2005, or 152701-218 (.086”) for 2006-UP. Install an externally splined friction with the lining facing down (away from you), then alternate internally and externally splined plates, ending with an internally splined plate (8 external and 8 internally splined plates). The steel sides of the friction plates must never touch each other.
Install the top pressure plate 152761V254 and the snap ring. Once the C1 clutch pack clearance is correct, install the spiral ring.

Check clutch pack clearance should measure .070” to .090''.
