Fits: Allison 1000 / 2000 / 2400 · C4 clutch
Allison C4 clutch PowerPack® made with G4 friction material. It fits the 5-speed Allison 1999-2005 and the 5-speed Allison 2001 to 2004 1/2 with the small Torrington bearing shaft, and it includes a new C3/C4 apply piston and return spring assembly.

Installation
Install the 152303A apply piston and the 152309X return spring.
Install the 152705D218PS grooved apply plate with the grooves toward the apply piston. Alternate the 152704A216 friction plates and the 152705AK218 Kolene steel plates, ending with a friction plate (6 frictions and 5 steel plates). The extra 152705AK250 plate is for adjusting clutch pack clearance. Finish with the OEM backing plate and OEM snap ring.
