Allison C5 clutch G4 PowerPack®, Alto part number 152759BG4, with G4 friction plates and performance steel plates. It fits the 5-speed Allison 1999-2005 and the 5-speed Allison 2001 to 2004 1/2 with the small Torrington bearing shaft.

Installation
The stack-up is the same method as OE. Install the pressure plate, then a friction plate, then a steel plate, and continue until the last plate installed is a steel plate (8 friction plates and 8 steel plates).
The caliper measurement from the top of the lugs down to the top steel plate should be .170” to .200” (4.45 to 5.33mm). This is not the actual clutch pack clearance. Finally, install the OE return spring assembly.
