    TCS heavy-duty intermediate shaft with hub for the 6L80E, built as a stronger replacement for the OEM shaft, which fails at a high rate with high horsepower, superchargers and turbos. It is a 100% drop-in part.

    Construction

    The hub dampener is eliminated and the contact area between hub and shaft is increased by 300%. The shaft is 300M alloy steel, heat treated for strength and durability, and the hub is 4140 HTSR billet steel. A heavy-duty Torrington bearing has double the roller count of the OEM bearing, and the design keeps the locating groove for the OEM bearing.
