Alto PowerPack for the intermediate clutch in the 5R110W transmission, 2005-UP. It contains 5 G3 friction plates, 5 Kolene steel separator plates and a stepped top/bottom pressure plate.

Installation
Stack the intermediate clutch pack as follows: install the stepped pressure plate (3) step side down, then the friction plates (2) and Kolene steel plates (1), alternating 5 friction and 5 steel plates and ending with a steel plate. Then install the piston, return spring and snap ring into the center support.
Apply regulated shop air to the clutch several times to seat the stack. Clearance should be .035 in to .070 in (0.88 – 1.78 mm); check it with a dial indicator and tool T89T-70010-F/T89T-70010-C-7700 or equivalent.
Pre-soak the friction plates for at least 30 minutes in the ATF that will be used in the completed unit.
