• (1) 026765P083 Backing Plate (bottom) – .326”

POWERPACK INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Install the intermediate pressure plate into the case. Alternate installation of the friction and steel plates ending with a Kolene® plate. Continue with normal installation of center support and intermediate/overdrive cylinder. Check clutch pack clearance using dial indicator and tool #T89T70010-F/T89T-70010-C-77000-AH-2 or equivalent. Clutch pack clearance should be .026” to .054”. NOTE: The 2001 4R100 with the 60-tooth splined diode one-way clutch will have to be retro-fitted with the 50-tooth splined one-way clutch (Alto #26724A, not included in kit) and supporting components.
