Fits: 4L80E · Reid Racing Super 80 case
Tailhousing for the GM 4L80E automatic from Reid Racing. It fits all stock 4L80E transmission cases as well as Reid Racing's Super 80 case.
It is made from aircraft grade aluminum alloy with thicker walls and additional gusseting, which makes it stronger and more rigid than a stock GM tailhousing.

Bushing and bearing styles
The bores are precision machined and aligned, and a reworked oil passage improves lubrication for the yoke and rear bushing.
The bushing style housing (S80HB) uses a billet bronze bushing retained by a snap ring, and factory or aftermarket yokes can be used. The bearing style housing is S80HR; Reid Racing recommends its PGYMW-400R bearing style yoke for it.
Notes
Bearing Style Housing (S80HR) requires a hardened output yoke.
