Adapt-A-Case front output seal installation tool for New Process 246, 261 and 263 transfer cases in 1999-UP General Motors full-size trucks. It places the two-piece seal correctly every time. Precision milled from durable DuPont Delrin (an acetal resin).

How it works

In one motion the driver does three things. The pilot centers the tool inside the output shaft while the milled cavity accepts the splines, the outer recess drives the outer seal into the case, and the raised surface drives the inner sleeved wiping seal onto the output shaft.
