LubeGard HD water soluble cutting oil with LXE Technology, a heavy duty water emulsion coolant for all metal cutting processes. It has no chlorinated components that can weaken machined parts and is approved by the aerospace industry for difficult machining jobs such as titanium, chrome moly and tool steels.

How it works
The LXE Technology, made from renewable agricultural resources, resists absorbing tramp oils for a longer sump life. Dilution ratios go up to 40:1 for machining and 80:1 for grinding, and it commonly runs at 30:1.
It suits fabricating, forming, stamping, turning, milling, sawing, bending, broaching and tapping. It is water washable, non-flammable and non-hazardous, contains no chlorine compounds, phenols or toxic metals, resists rusting, reduces friction for longer tool life, and cools better at high temperature with less smoking.
