Build your own rebuild kit for the ZF S5-42 / S5-47 manual transmission. Case tag on the driver side of the case must begin 1307. Pick the overhaul kit that matches your case, then add only the parts you need.
Build your own ZF5 rebuild kit: choose the parts that match the transmission on your bench and leave out what you don't need. This builder has 9 option groups and 31 choices, all optional, so the kit holds only what you pick.

- Add Needle bearings: 359270K Complete 10-piece needle bearing set (1st/rev, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, reverse idler, shift rail)
- Add Synchro rings: SRK300ZF Full steel synchro ring set (6 rings) - only needed with the no-ring kit BK300ZF (the WS kits already include rings); 359701 1st-2nd synchro ring (each); 359703 3rd/4th/5th synchro ring (each); 359706 Reverse synchro ring (each)
