Build your own NV1500 rebuild kit: choose the parts that match the transmission on your bench and leave out what you don't need. This builder has 7 option groups and 11 choices, all optional, so the kit holds only what you pick.
What you can choose
- Choose Your Overhaul Kit: BK416WS Master rebuild kit - bearings, seals AND synchro rings (recommended)
- Add Synchro rings: ATNV1500-14 Brass synchro ring - 3-4, 5th, or 1-2 outer (interchange 404701A-3 / NV1500-14; order qty needed); ATNV1500-14B Brass reverse synchro ring
- Add Synchro assembly: 404703K 3rd-4th synchro assembly, hub & slider
- Add Bearings: 456211 Input shaft ball bearing 30x72x19mm w/ snap-ring groove (6306-N); 324267 Input shaft pocket (pilot) needle bearing
- Add Seals & bushing: 324070 Front input seal; 324071 Rear output seal; 404066 Extension/tail housing bushing (2.050in OD)
- Add Small parts: 404001A Small parts kit - snap rings, springs, detent hardware
