Install notes
Install the Alto bottom apply plate with the dished side facing the piston, then an Alto friction plate, and alternate steel and friction plates, ending with a friction plate. Install the Alto top pressure plate and one of the four selective snap rings available from Alto Products Corp.
Air check the clutch pack several times at up to 40 PSI to seat the components, then measure clearance with a feeler gauge between the top pressure plate and the selective snap ring. Use one of the four Alto selective snap rings to reach the recommended clearance.

Notes
Measure the clearance by using a feeler gauge between the top pressure plate and the selective snap ring.
