Alto rear clutch PowerPack for Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep A518, A618, 46RE/RH and 47RE/RH transmissions, 1990-2002. It is a performance upgrade for stock, heavy-duty and race applications, with Red Eagle friction plates and Kolene steel plates.

Install notes
The clutch and steel stack-up follows the OE method, and the waved snap ring retains the Belleville return spring. Install the original bottom apply plate with the dished side toward the apply piston, then a friction plate followed by a steel plate, continuing until the last plate installed is a friction plate. Finish with the OE top pressure plate and the selective snap ring supplied in this PowerPack.
Apply the rear clutch several times with air (40 PSI) to seat all of the clutch pack elements, then measure with a feeler gauge between the bottom of the selective snap ring and the top of the pressure plate. The supplied 0.060 in (1.52mm) snap ring should give the correct clearance.

Notes
Install the original bottom apply plate (not included) with the dished side towards the apply piston.
With a feeler gauge, measure between the bottom of the selective snap ring and the top of the pressure plate.
