Rostra NL variable bleed solenoid (VBS) for EPC and shift control in Ford 6R100, 6R140 and ’10-later 6R80 transmissions. It has a 5.5 Ohm resistance and a brown port, band no. 5.

The improved Rostra design delivers OE performance with increased durability.

How it works

The Rostra design has no permanent magnet like the OE, for less drift over time, and uses a stainless-steel internal seat rather than a plastic one.

Each solenoid is tested to meet four different pressure gates and multiple pressure targets, so the vehicle adapts quickly.
