TransGo reamer and guide tool kit for oversizing the reducing regulator bores when installing the TransGo SK A6MF or SK A4CF SHIFT KIT valve body repair kits. Applications are Hyundai and Kia vehicles with the A4CF1/2, A6MF1/2, A6GF1 and A6LF1/2/3, plus 2013-2016 Jeep and 2012-2016 Dodge vehicles with the 6F24.

Why it is needed
These transmissions often wear out the reducing valve bore. The wear causes a harsh 6-4 kickdown bang, erratic shifting, flares or neutrals on shifts, gear ratio codes and solenoid performance codes. With the bores reamed and the old reducing regulator valves replaced by TransGo USA-made hardened steel valves, these valve bodies work well again.

This reamer and guide tool kit is required to oversize the reducing regulator bores when using TransGo SHIFT KIT® Valve Body Repair Kit SK A6MF or SK A4CF for Hyundai and Kia vehicles with the A4CF1/2, A6MF1/2, A6GF1, A6LF1/2/3 as well as 2013-2016 Jeep and 2012-2016 Dodge vehicles with the 6F24 transmission.
