Product Description

TransGo TransBrake kit for the 4L80E and 4L85E. It keeps the factory electronic shift controls for daily driving and adds manual up-shifting for drag racing, with fast release for hard launches in D3 (automatic up-shifts) or D1 (manual up-shifts).

How it works

A built-in safety switch prevents accidental activation unless the transmission is in first gear. Line pressure is fixed at 180 psi in forward with boosted reverse pressure of 250 psi, for maximum holding power throughout the range.

Other features include reverse-gear activation for added control, a full manual shift option, and a layout that is not reverse-patterned.
