Superior TransLab valve body upgrade kit for Toyota U140-240-241 and U150-151-250 series transmissions.
What it corrects
The kit corrects or eliminates codes, slips and flares, soft or erratic shift applies, various shift error and TCC codes, lockup clutch overheating, and hydraulically induced runaway line pressure.
It improves control of mainline, converter, B3 clutch and accumulator regulation, along with cooler and lube circuit flow. Sure-Cool pressure regulator stabilization eliminates hydraulically induced runaway line pressure. The kit also addresses poor lube flow (planetary overheating) and cures the 2-3 3rd shuttle-type shift that comes with a 2-3 cut-loose slip and eventually burns frictions.
Special steps and tech are included for higher capacity lockup and clutch apply, for better shift quality in taxis, vans, heavy duty fleet and rough service vehicles (RAV4, Sienna vans, Highlanders).
