The reaction sunshell fits GM's 700R4/4L60E automatic transmissions built 1982-UP, and works with either washer or bearing style planetary sets. It is a heavy-duty upgrade over the factory sun shell, which is a common weak point in these transmissions and is worth upgrading during a rebuild.
