Machined pump assembly kit for the GM 6L80E/6L90E, OEM part number 24239892. It combines a new aftermarket heavy-duty bell housing, a machined stator, a new rotor kit, Superior PR valve and boost valve upgrades and a Sonnax HD slide spring, for better pressure regulation and fluid control.

About this kit
All pumps are machined to OEM spec. The rotor kit (PK408288) contains new pump vanes, a plastic guide seal, a 13-vane pump rotor, the pump slide and HD hardened vane guide rings.
The Superior PR Valve Upgrade Kit (STL012) improves pressure regulation, the Superior Boost Valve (STL018) increases fluid control and reduces wear, and the Sonnax HD Slide Spring (104534-HD) reinforces the pump under heavy-duty conditions.

Core Charge
Core charge: $225, already included in the price. The price of this pump part includes a $225 refundable core charge. When your new part arrives, send your old one back with the prepaid return label we provide (for returns from within the USA), and we will refund the $225 once the core is received and checked.
- Ship the core back within 30 days of delivery for the full refund. Cores shipped 31 to 90 days after delivery get 70% of the core charge back. After 90 days, the core charge is not refunded.
- Outside the USA? The prepaid label only works for returns from within the USA. You can still ship the core back at your own cost to receive the refund.
- The core must be the same type as the pump you bought, complete, and not cracked or taken apart.
- Drain the fluid, pack it securely, and put your order number in the box.
- We refund the core charge to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving it.
Contact us before shipping if your core is damaged or you need a new label.
