Adapt-A-Case dual spanner wrench for the Dodge/GM NV4500 5-speed transmission. It handles the two different size spanner nuts on the NV4500, including the 5th gear nut, and also fits 4WD Allison 1000/2000 series transmissions.

Design
The heavy-duty wrench weighs about 24 oz and is milled from steel. It takes a 1/2 in drive breaker bar for removal and a torque wrench for installation, and the four-notch design spreads the load while keeping the wrench stable.
A dedicated socket suits GM 4X4 applications, where many units use a vibration dampener that keeps a standard wrench from reaching the nut.
Notes
Many use a vibration dampener that will not allow the wrench to access the nut.
With the torque specs this high it absolutely must be burly to stand up to repeated use.

Good price, cheaper than on amazon even with adding the shipping cost. Came through the mail in a reasonable time too. Tool is made with good material that won't wear out or round over on the tabs.
