    Why cleaning matters

    CVTs, by their nature, make very fine metal that gets into everything. If the pump valve bore is worn out, the JF010E-FC kit repairs it without reaming. TransGo recommends following the repair with a total cleaning of the valve body, pulley sheaves and all external coolers.
