Adapt-A-Case center support case saver kit for GM TH350/TH350C, TH250/TH250C, 700R4/4L60 and 4L60E/4L65E transmissions. It reinforces the center support and is laser cut from high tensile steel for strength and an accurate fit. Replace the damaged center support outer race with this update to repair the case.

Installation
Complete reassembly up to the low reverse friction pack and discard the anti-rattle spring. Remove the Allen-head screws from the case saver to take off the reinforced plate. Install the center support, then the snap ring and new plate. Line up the holes and install the Allen-head screws with blue Loctite to a maximum of 12-ft/lbs.
When installing the heavy duty center support in a 4L60E/700R4, a 0.030 shim goes under the output rear ring gear. If you install the anti-rattle spring, grind approximately 1/16'' off the lug on the reinforced plate where it contacts the spring.

Fit in my th350 case perfectly. No need to use the anti-clunk spring with it. The wider 700r4 sprag sold here worked perfectly with the th350 inner race.
