    A mechanical modulator from Fitzall that replaces the vacuum modulator when swapping a 700-R4 transmission onto a TH400 in 6.2L diesel engine conversions.

    It lets the TH400 use mechanical, rather than vacuum, modulation for that swap, since these diesel engines do not supply the vacuum signal a stock modulator needs.
