Adjustable overdrive band servo pin (Adjust-A-Pin) with the Jimmy Clip band support tool, for Ford AODE, 4R70W and 4R75E/4R75W transmissions. It takes up overdrive band slack when drums are changed, turned, remanufactured or replaced with outside diameter differences, or when the bands themselves differ.
How it works
The adjuster and locking setup keeps the adjustment where you set it. Detailed instructions and specs are included.
The Jimmy Clip works like a 3rd hand when removing and installing any AODE, 4R70W, 4R75E or 4R75W overdrive band servo piston. Insert it into the casting opening next to the overdrive band servo and it holds the band in place while you switch the pin for adjustment, servo replacement or an upgrade to a Superior K085 Super Servo.
