Valve body shift correction kit for 1991-2013 Ford AODE, 4R70W, 4R70E, 4R75E and 4R75W transmissions. One kit covers both the AODE and the 4R70/75 lines, with regular and heavy duty applications. It was largely developed through field testing on police vehicles, where these units often came back with failures.

How it works

The kit includes a Spiral Plus ring set that replaces the stock snap ring, which often slings off. This "New Millennium" two-piece design teams a spiral ring with a G-lock ring and withstood dynamometer testing at over 16,000 RPM without failing.

It addresses soft, sloppy 1-2 and 3-4 shifts, inadequate lube, overdrive band failure, 3rd clutch failure, 2nd roller clutch failure and converter shudder.
