TransGo 4R100-HD2 Tugger Reprogramming Kit™ for all Ford E4OD and 4R100 transmissions, 1989-on. It is built for hard working gas or diesel trucks and vans that regularly tow heavy loads, with high-load calibration parts.

It doubles low clutch holding pressure in manual first gear for downhill compression braking, which prevents downhill clutch burnup.

What it does

Handles exhaust brake, lets you adjust shift firmness, and improves cooling/lubrication and converter feed/capacity using the included optional internal upgrades.

Corrects, prevents or reduces: codes 628, P1740 and P1744, soft shifts, 2nd and 3rd burn-up, converter burn-up, reverse delay, no reverse hot, converter slide/shudder and pump buzz.
