Sonnax Zip Kit E4OD-4R100-ZIP for Ford E4OD and 4R100 transmissions. Formerly a Sure Cure® option, it now includes added parts that extend coverage to later applications. No reaming or separate special tools are needed to install these parts.

What it fixes
The kit seals critical pressure losses in the valve body and pump. Its parts stop pressure loss in the main line, accumulator control, line pressure modulator and lockup control circuits.
It also addresses overdrive planetary and piston failure, forward clutch failure, soft shifts, low clutch apply pressure, unit end play, and lube and bushing failure.
A one-sheet Zip Kit quick guide covers installation. The included technical booklet adds general rebuilding tips, technical information, and vacuum testing information and locations for other key areas of the valve body and pump. Bore sizing tool 36948-12 is recommended.
