Build your own rebuild kit for the T5 manual transmission. Separate builder from the Non-World-Class version: WC uses tapered countershaft bearings and fiber/carbon-lined rings, NWC uses brass rings and roller bearings - rings, keys, kits and small-parts kits do not interchange. Pick the overhaul kit that matches your case, then add only the parts you need.
Build your own T5 rebuild kit: choose the parts that match the transmission on your bench and leave out what you don't need. This builder has 5 option groups and 18 choices, all optional, so the kit holds only what you pick.

- Choose Your Overhaul Kit: BK149WS Overhaul kit WITH synchro rings - WC WITHOUT reverse brake: 1985-91 Mustang V8, 1987-93 Mustang 2.3, 1988-91 Camaro/Firebird (bearings, races, seals, shims, fork inserts, full ring set); BK149 Overhaul kit WITHOUT synchro rings - WC 1985-2002 bearings, seals, shims (reuse rings or add rings below)
- Add Synchro rings: SRK149 Complete WC synchro ring set - 3-piece 1-2, lined 3-4, brass 5th (no reverse-brake ring; pair with the no-ring kit on non-reverse-brake units); 346701AK 1-2 synchro ring 3-piece kit (inner, center, outer) - updated WC; 346703A 3rd/4th synchro ring - carbon-lined steel (WC); 346705 5th gear synchro ring - brass (fits WC and NWC)
