Fits: 6L80 / 6L90
Custom-built 6L80 or 6L90 pump, fully assembled and tested, with the upgrades you choose. Options come from the Sonnax, TransGo, Superior Transmission Parts and Central Valve Bodies catalogs of OE style and HD oversized parts, so you do not need to buy reamers and fixtures to oversize the valve line yourself.
Each pump arrives ready to take out of the box and install, with a return label for sending your old pump back as the core.
How it is built
Every pump is built on the same base parts: machined bell housing and pump cover/stator, rotor and internal kit, seal kit, bushings, bolts and thrust washer (full list below). You then choose the upgradeable parts in each category, including the boost valve and pressure regulator valve; other categories can be left OE.
You can have a new test port plug and vent tube installed, or move yours to the new pump.
All components are installed, bolts are torqued to factory specs, and the pump halves are aligned with the Adapt-A-Case alignment tool. Each pump is tested and ships with a certified test results certificate.
Core return: pack your old pump in the bag and packaging from the new pump, seal the box, apply the included label and hand it to UPS.

Notes
Each pump comes with a return shipping label for you to send your pump core back with and get the $225 core refund.
If you choose an oversized valve option there is a $50 ream fee, but these are the best valves for various reasons.
