C4 Reverse High Clutch Powerpack

Product Description

Alto performance PowerPack for the reverse high clutch in the Ford C4. It adds plates to the OE stack-up, using Red Eagle friction plates and Kolene steel plates. Made in the USA by Alto Products Corp.

Installation

The stack-up is the same as OE except for the added plates. Start with an externally splined steel plate and end with an internally splined friction plate, then install the pressure plate and selective snap ring.

After assembling the drum, apply the clutch pack several times with air to seat all components. Check clearance with a feeler gauge between the selective snap ring and the pressure plate, and adjust to .025 in - .050 in (0.6 mm - 1.27 mm).
