Fits: Allison 1000 / 2000 / 2400 5-speed · 1999-2005
Alto C3 clutch PowerPack with G3 friction material for the 5-speed Allison 1999-2005, and the 5-speed Allison 2001 to 2004 1/2 with the small Torrington bearing shaft. It builds a 6-friction, 5-steel C3 pack and includes a new apply piston, return spring and P1 ring gear spacer.

Installation
When building the rear unit, place the 152764-250 spacer between the P1 ring gear thrust washer and the P2 ring. This moves the ring gear hub into position to accept the PowerPack friction plates.
Install the 152303A piston and 152309X return spring with the vent hole at 12 o'clock. Install the grooved apply plate with the grooves toward the apply piston, then alternate 152704A216 friction plates with 152705AK250 and 152705AK218 Kolene steel plates, ending with a friction plate: 6 frictions and 5 steel plates. One extra 152705AK250 is supplied to adjust clearance.
Install the 152763B top pressure plate and the OE snap ring. Clearance should be .060 in - .075 in.
