A molded rubber oil pan gasket for Dodge-Chrysler A727, A518, A618 and 48RE automatic transmissions built 2003-2007, made by Precision International in the USA.
It replaces OEM number 2464324AC; Precision International part number 3859XA, sold as a single gasket per pan.

Best gasket I've had on a 727.
After many failed attempts at locating the latest/greatest leak, THIS gasket along with a deep, HEAVY GUAGE steel pan worked fantastic! Trick is, NO SEALANT, and not OVER-TORQUING the bolts. You can do it without a torqu wrench. Snug em up by hand, then just enough to see gasket BEGIN to "SQUISH" a tiny bit. Later discovered my new Neutral Safety switch had worked loose. 2nd point of most leaks would be "Shift Shaft Seal". 100% satisfied. -440 Six Pack-
