Superior (Fairbanks Performance) quick-release billet intermediate servo cover and spring kit for Dodge/Jeep A518/A618/48RE series transmissions. It is designed for the K080-MAG Super Servo in transmissions making over 500 horsepower, and also works with the K080.

How it works

When line pressure and clutch clearances are modified for performance, especially in high-horsepower tuned units, too much overlap can cause bind-up on the 2-3 shift. This kit releases the 1-2 intermediate servo more quickly on the 2-3 shift, shortening band release timing to reduce bind-up. It also helps dial in front band adjustment for shift feel.

It works on any oversized intermediate servo that has too much overlap on 2-3 upshifts and 3-2 downshifts.
