6F35 (GEN1-2-3) Oversized Low-Reverse Overdrive (4-5-6) Clutch Regulator Valve Kit
Wear can occur in Gen. 1, Gen. 2 and Gen. 3 Ford 6F35 clutch control valve bores. This wear allows critical clutch apply pressure and oil loss which can cause shifting issues and a burnt clutch. Reconditioning the bore and installing Sonnax oversized low reverse/overdrive (4-5-6) clutch regulator valve kit 144740-43K restores correct pressure regulation.

Symptoms

Cause
Valve bore wear results in loss of apply oil, sluggish valve movement and sticking valves causing shift complaints and clutch distress.
Correction
Restore the correct valve/bore clearances and clutch control by reconditioning the bore and installing Sonnax oversized low reverse/overdrive (4-5-6) clutch regulator valve kit.
