TransGo 62TE-HP high pressure tuneless reprogramming kit for 2007-on 62TE automatic transmissions. It is a durability upgrade for hard-working ProMaster and passenger vans, especially shift-busy delivery vehicles.

How it works

A recalibrated pressure curve increases clutch and TCC holding capacity and gives short, clean shifts at all throttle openings. Overall line pressure rises 26%, from 60-135 psi stock to 75-169 psi.

The kit corrects, prevents or reduces clutch failure, TCC slip or shudder, overheating, drain-back, and delayed or no engagements.

• Drop-in USA-made hardened steel PR valve and calibration spring
• Drop-in torque converter limit valve system
• USA-made billet 2-4 accumulator, (2) springs and (3) sealing rings, redesigned for dual sealing, with closed-end and middle ring seals in an unworn portion of the bore
• (5) High-temperature accumulator seals and expanders (for aluminum accumulator pistons only)
• Drill jig, drill bit and precision orificed cup plug
• Wider, heavy-duty snap ring for the 2-4 piston
• Non-shrinking low/reverse piston housing gasket
• Self-expanding Tuff underdrive seal and expander wire
