TransGo internal vacuum modulator kit for 1993 to 2015 GM vehicles with 4L60E, 4L65E and 4L70E automatic transmissions. It uses engine vacuum instead of the vehicle PCM controlling the PCS/EPC solenoid, for a more aggressive and tunable pressure boost curve. A good fit for transplants.

How it works
High-performance applications often need another source of line pressure regulation because the vehicle has a non-reprogrammable electronic control module. This kit adds an internal vacuum modulator that regulates line pressure in place of the EPC solenoid, for a more reliable and tunable pressure control system.
The internal modulator system installs with the oil pan off. Outside the transmission, the modulator connects to an intake manifold vacuum source. An oil-pan-mounted resistor stands in for the removed EPC solenoid so the control module stays satisfied in applications where the computer still manages gear changes.
