4L30E TH180 TH180C Bell Housing Bushing
No tooling required
The bell housing bushing in GM TH180C (3L30), 4L30-E, AR25 and AR35 transmissions becomes worn due to normal wear. Excessive clearance between the bell housing bushing and the converter hub will cause a front seal leak. Simply replacing the metal-clad seal will not fix the problem. Current aftermarket bushings do not fit the converter hub tightly enough and can have more clearance than a worn OE bushing. Sonnax bell housing bushing 54253-01 is designed to fit the converter hub properly and eliminate front seal leakage.
