About the frictions
The Stage-1 (red) performance frictions in C5 sit below Gen2 Blue Plate Special racing capacity but hold more torque and handle more heat than stock tan or high energy plates. Recommended use: street/strip, tuner and off-road performance use; also suits heavy towing.
