Fits: Allison 1000 / 2000 / 2400 · C5 clutch · 2000-up
Allison C5 clutch PowerPack® with G3 friction plates and Kolene steel plates, Alto part number 152759B. It fits the 5-speed Allison 1999-2005 and the 5-speed Allison 2001 to 2004 1/2 with the small Torrington bearing shaft.

Installation
The stack-up is the same method as OE: pressure plate first, then a friction plate, then a steel plate, continuing until the last plate installed is a steel plate (8 friction plates and 8 steel plates).
The caliper measurement from the top of the lugs down to the top steel plate should be .170” to .200” (4.45 to 5.33mm). This is not the actual clutch pack clearance. Finally, install the OE return spring assembly.

Notes
Install the pressure plate then a friction plate, followed by a steel plate and continue until the last plate installed is a steel plate, 8 friction plates & 8 steel plates with a set of calipers, measure from the top of the lugs down to the top steel plate.
