Transmission thermostat bypass
Great part to help the transmission reccomend for any trucks in this hot temps if your towing I also recommend you add a tru max transmission cooler keeps temps in 140s continuously

Best upgrade for 14 transmission
I recently replaced my failed radiator with a Mishimoto unit and assumed I'd see improved Trans temps, when I didn't I researched and found out that GM used a 190* thermostat on the 2014-2015 models with 6L80 trans. Well this nifty little gadget has been AWESOME. Average temps are down 30 degrees across all driving modes. And I'm running 35's, 6in lift, and 3.42 gears. Best money I've spent on the truck so far!

“Must Have”
Of all the ‘must have’ items to upgrade on your 14-18’ Silverado, this product, for the price, quality and its application, are at the top of the list to ensure the longevity of your 6L80 transmission. The product is fairly easy to install. As will all bolt on items, it takes minimum aptitude and skill. The outcome produced a transmission that operates at 40-80 degrees cooler, dependent on towing/hauling, around town and highway. The peace of mind to keep the transmission cool when towing 3-8 hours at full load in the summer for camping trips, along with the weekly 2+ hour commutes, is well worth the pocket change to purchase this product. This truly is one of the top items that is a ‘must have.’ It cannot be expressed how much I wish I’d found this sooner. This should be sold at more outlets and more readily available throughout the ‘Silverado 6L80’ community. *A byproduct has been reduced/removed slamming of shifts.

GM 6L80 6L90 SURE-COOL COOLER FLOW SYSTEM BY SUPERIOR (2014-UP)
This is an excellent upgrade! A much better option vs. tapping and plugging the factory housing. Kit comes complete with 100% all new internals and not only provides 30-40plus degree cooler teams temps but still offers reverse flow prevention. Would highly recommend this in ANY 6L80e setup. Very glad I discovered this product before I did the thermal bypass delete by tapping and adding a plug. Thank you.

Big Temp Drop
Trans was always at 195-200 with the thermostat, now it runs 153-165 on the highway. Way cooler!
