    The first and second designed Ford E4OD and 4R100 retaining rings are known to pop out of the retaining ring groove, causing initial failure or costly comebacks.  Sonnax Sure Lock spiral snap right features a unique design that mechanically locks tabs into place, preventing it from being worked out of the retaining ring groove.
