Custom 6L80 6L90 Pump
We now offer the option to choose what upgrades you want done to your 6L80 or 6L90 pump. We offer the full Sonnax, TransGo, Superior Transmission Parts, and Central Valve Bodies catalogs of OE style and HD oversized solutions. Whether you just want a stock style pump or you want your pump to be the baddest on the road. No reason for you to buy the expensive reamers and fixtures to oversize your valve line when we have already done that. Just choose what parts you want in each category above and add it to your cart. Simple as that. Each pump will come completely assembled and tested ready for you to take it out of the box and install it. Each pump comes with a return shipping label for you to send your pump core back with and get the $100 core refund. Just package your old pump with the bag and packaging from the new pump, seal the box, stick the label, and pass it off to UPS.
Each pump must start with the same base items that are mandatory: machined bellhousing and pump cover/stator, rotor and internal kit, seal kit, bushings, bolts, and thrust washer. You choose the items that are upgradeable. If you choose an oversized valve option there is a $50 ream fee, but these are the best valves for various reasons. You must at least choose a boost valve and a pressure regulator valve. The other options can have OE selected. You can also choose to have a new test port plug and vent tube, or move yours to it.
