Order & Shipping FAQs

 

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time Monday-Friday ship the same day (unless it is a noted special order item).  Orders after 3:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend ship of Monday.  For example, an order on Tuesday at 1:30 PM EST ships same day on Tuesday afternoon.  An order on Saturday morning ships on Monday.

What shipping methods are available?

We use UPS and USPS to ship your orders.  At checkout, you'll see various methods with devliery times and costs.  We offer expedited UPS Next-Day Air for overs over $40.  Free shipping orders we use the quickest and least costly method available to your address.  Usually, it is USPS Ground Advantage for smaller light items and UPS Ground for larger heavier items.  

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $35 ship for free as long as the delivery address is a non PO Box located within the continental United States.  International shipping and shipping to PO/APO/etc options are available and displayed at checkout. 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide.  Shipping costs and methods vary by location and order size.  Accurate quotes are provided at checkout.  Local taxes, duties, and customs are the buyer's responsibility upon delivery.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.  So, please ensure your email address is correct when ordering so you can receive the email.  If you did not receive an email with a tracking number please check your SPAM email folder.  You can also log into your account to track your orders at My Account.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

If for whatever reason there is an issue in shipping your order we will contact you that day.  If there is a delay in receiving your package please check the tracking number for additonal information.  Many times it is due to a weather related issue between our warehouse and your address.  Please contact us if you have any concerns.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Yes.  Expedited shipping options are displayed during the checkout process.  Please note we are only able to ship UPS-Next-Day orders on carts valued at over $40.

Can I pickup my order from your location?

Yes.  You can certainly stop by our warehouse location in Circleville, OH to pickup your order.  Just let us know you plan to pickup instead of having it shipped and we will have it ready for you.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses?

Yes.  We ship to PO Boxes as well as APO/FPO addresses via the USPS.

Can I schedule a delivery time?

At this time we are unable to accomodate scheduled delivery requests.

What is your shipping policy during holidays?

Unless otherwise noted on our site we keep the standard shipping hours during the holidays.  During US Federal holidays where the USPS and/or UPS does not pickup we will postpone the shipment to the day following the holiday.  Example, if you place your order on Saturday during the Labor Day weekend, we wouldn't be able to ship out your package until Tuesday after the Monday holiday date.

Can I split my order into multiple shipments?

No at this time we are unable to ship orders going to multiple physical addresses.  Please place an order for each location you need shipped to or contact us directly to figure something out.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?

If your package gets returned to us by the carrier to an incorrect address, of if the seller refuses the delivery and it comes back to us we will cancel the order and issue a refund within 14-days of the return shipment.

Do you offer same-day shipping?

We ship all orders placed by 3:00 PM EST Monday-Friday on the same day.  We do not offer same-day delivery at this time.

How do I change my shipping method after placing an order?

Please contact us after placing the order for our assitance in changing the shipping method.  Sometimes, the easiest way to do this is for us to cancel the order so you can replace it with the shipping method you desire.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we ship to Canada every day via the USPS and UPS.  Live shipping quotes, including the delivery date, will be available at checkout.  Duties and taxes are the responsiblity of the buyer upon delivery.
