      Unfortunately there was missing part (Torrington bearing) in the packaged assembly. Because this was marketed as “ready to use” this caused a bit of extra work to realize and remedy. However, the customer service was great at helping me get the proper pieces right away. They were also very knowledgeable in discussing the issue and solution. A breath of fresh air compared to a lot of customer service these days. Thanks!
