Ford C6 Torrington Bearing Kit (1976-UP)

Product Description

The forward drum bearing in this kit is for the 1976-up C6 transmissions.  A 3-piece separate bearing was used in 1966-1975.  The drum can be modified for the 3-piece crimped bearing.  In 1989 the output hub to one way clutch race changed from a washer to a 2-piece bearing and then to a 3-piece bearing.  The race can be modified to accept the 3-piece bearing.
