In Ford 4R100 and E4OD units, leakage between center support and hub can cause forward clutch failure and/or poor lube oil flow. This leakage can be caused by a number of problems, including an insufficient number and staggered spacing of mounting screws, surface finish flaws and flatness defects. Install Sonnax center support gasket 36743G to alleviate these problems. Center support gasket has a printed silicone bead to fill in any gaps between the center support and hub.
